* Order confirmation is available by contacting Hags House Online Store via email at: sales@hagshouse.com. Hags House Online Store does not send automatic order confirmations. Confirmation emails are answered during normal business hours only. Monday thru Friday -  9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Weekends and legal holidays are excluded.  

* All orders are usually shipped in 5-7 business days. * Seasonal or excessive demand may require extended shipping periods. Refunds are available if unsatisfactory delays are reported.
