This is whats needed. A thill light from the local bait shop, two bare wires(i use ends from a 1/8 watt resistor) and one small diameter shielded wire.

Next drill out the inside of the nock to make room for the LED.

Then using a small drill bit, drill all the way through the nock where the arrow shaft would normally end

Take the thill light apart. You need to separate the led from the battery.

Take the shielded wire and solder it to the small leg of the led. Then solder one of the unshielded wires to the longer leg of the led

Next is the hardest part. The led needs to go into the nock and the bare wire needs to get bent into one of the small holes in the nock. Once this is done place the other bare wire into the other small hole in the nock. Make sure the bare wires dont touch each other.

Place the battery into the nock and run the shielded wire around the battery. The unshielded wire that is not attached to the led needs to come in contact with the outside of the battery. Strip the last inch of shielding from the wire and wrap it around the small rod at the end of the battery and solder it in place.

Once this is done you cant test the light by using a jumper across the two bare wires outside the nock.
