Been working on this one for awhile now and want to thank 212 for all the help on this. Hope all the questions didn't drive you crazy Chris :D . It uses one of the boards 212 designed and works great. It uses the cameras shutter that I drilled out and added an ir filter to. The shutter is then run by the add-on board. Added a slave for better ir pics. it is in a 1060 case with a bigfoot board and slavemaster. The Slave and the add-on board are run off the same batteries. here are a few pics.

Great idea, so you use the shutter to do this?

Yes, 212 explains it in the development forum but in short you use the picaxe add-on board to control the shutter motor and when it is dark it will open the shutter to have an ir camera and when it is light out it closes the shutter putting the filter in front of the lens giving you a true color pic.

Yep, mine was a P32, there was no such thing as a P41. I feel IR is a must, but I sure hate to look at cotton candy daytime shots...problem solved :)

Just a black case, I have yet to give 3d camo a try. Maybe someday, I have 5 cameras now that could use it haha
